“How can you go wrong when the book had such a strong story line.”

The love scene between Dagny and John was cold and hot. Did John marry his wife for her money? No man is an island. I believe everyone should be able o be free to love their life the way they want to. What happens when one’s happiness steps on another’s?”
“Please, please no part 2 or 3. Badly acted and badly structured. A right wing anti government and anti conservative film. Why did you choose this propaganda film?”
“Convoluted and dull. No compelling characters you care about. This is not even successful as propaganda because the film is so muddy as philosophy.”

“This far fetched cringe-inducing fantasy of how business works could hurt rather than help conservative causes. I haven’t read the book, but am now not likely to. Boring and tedious.”

“This movie brought back all the frustrating bellyaches I had when reading Rand. In putting forth her objectivism in personal interviews she was very unlikable. ATLAS SHRUGGED PT I held my attention from beginning to end. The actors, all of whom are familiar to us without being stars helped me to stay totally involved…and frustrated. Now I desperately need pt 2! I’m a Taurus and I need completion!”
